GIMAT Srl was founded in 1975 by Engineer Giorgio Magri and it is now driven by his sons Claudio and Marco Magri, who are also them Engineers.
The company has specialised since its origins in the production and use of flexible spiral conveyors and then have increased the product range to include CONVEYING, DOSING, MIXING AND BAGGING of powders and granules.
The modern technology of the product engineering and achievement process, combined with the experience of the consolidated workforce, enables GIMAT srl to compete, day by day, in a market where there is an increasing demand for just a few and unique samples of special works.
In the UK
The UK market is serviced by a small team of people based in Stoke-on-Trent that works closely with the head office and factory for all sales and service functions.
All of the equipment that is designed and manufactured in Italy for the UK market can be mechanically installed and commissioned directly from the UK team.
The UK team is lead by Jonathan Kerr who has experience in supporting a wide range of process equipment and who has worked with Italian manufacturers for over 20 years.
